Exceptionally nice, incredible location not far from ' waterfall, restaurants that play live music until 1 am and the Narikala Fortress, the Mother of Georgia statue and the cable car station.

the staff was best and knowledgeable and the place was clean. the double room was beautifully maintained with a balcony, the bed was extremely comfy. the location was perfect and excellent, not too far from a kura river. food in the good restaurant was fabulous. the service was all in all marvellous. had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

The unique collection of historic houses at Khokhobi Old really stood out. The rooms had a special charm with their elegant decor. Spacious breakfast room made mornings enjoyable. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including pancakes and made-to-order eggs until 11 AM. Staff were attentive and genuinely helpful, ensuring that all my inquiries were met. The check-in process involved navigating a steep set of stairs was great. Noise from nearby cabarets disrupted my sleep, despite the double-glazed windows. Although the room was clean, a thorough dusting including the windows would improve the experience significantly. It seemed like a cozy retreat but could benefit from some maintenance to elevate the comfort level.

The a double room we stayed in was brand-new with a great view. The breakfast was amazing and good with cooked egg and a lovely chef, for instance, worth the price. The wonderful location was short walk from a large cathedral.
